You will be a key part of a dedicated engineering team, working at the intersection of hardware, software, and AI. If you are a hands-on problem-solver eager to build deep expertise in robotics and make a tangible impact, this role offers a direct path to shaping the future of defense technology. You will ensure our GEREON UGV platform and Mithra OS perform flawlessly by running structured test cases across hardware and software. You will contribute to system integrity by conducting Hardware-in-the-Loop (HiL), Software-in-the-Loop (SiL), and critical field-level tests. You will gain firsthand experience with our technology by operating and evaluating our robotic platforms in real-world outdoor conditions. You will directly influence product quality by supporting functional, integration, regression, and safety testing throughout the system lifecycle. You will help us improve our systems by logging defects and providing detailed findings to support root cause analysis. A hands-on, practical mindset with a genuine enthusiasm for working with physical hardware and in outdoor field-testing environments. Clear and effective communication skills in English, with additional languages (like German) being a welcome asset.
