Aufgaben
Unsere IoT-Lösungen steuern Logistikprozesse bei großen Industrieunternehmen. Wenn eine Störung gemeldet wird, beginnt die eigentliche Arbeit: Sensorik, Funknetz, Firmware, Software-Komponenten, unsere IoT-Plattform, Schnittstellen und Datenbanken – irgendwo in dieser Kette liegt die Ursache. Sie systematisch zu identifizieren und zu beheben, ist der Kern dieser Rolle. Dazu gehören die strukturierte Ticketbearbeitung, professionelles Incident Management sowie die enge Abstimmung mit unserem Third-Level-Support und der Entwicklung.
Darüber hinaus begleitest du Rollouts und Inbetriebnahmen unserer Lösungen – überwiegend remote, bei Bedarf aber auch direkt beim Kunden vor Ort. Die meiste Zeit arbeitest du aus unserem Office heraus. Da Störungen in unseren Projekten glücklicherweise nicht permanent auftreten, unterstützt du in ruhigeren Phasen zusätzlich unsere interne Office-IT und sorgst mit dafür, dass auch intern alles reibungslos funktioniert.
