Diese Aufgaben erwarten Dich bei uns im Team:
Du bist verantwortlich für die Unterstützung, dem systemischen Aufbau und die vertiefende Pflege von Kontakten zu hochtechnischen Kunden. Die Bereitstellung von qualitativ hochwertigen Produktsupport, sowie die Durchführung von komplexeren Produktdemonstrationen zeichnen dich dabei aus.
Die Unterstützung bei der Gestaltung und Durchführung technischer Produktschulungsprogramme für Mitarbeiter, Kunden und anderen wichtigen Akteuren in den von Sennheiser betreuten Märkten ist dir ebenso eine Herzensangelegenheit.
Eine regelmäßige Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden, Integratoren, Planern und Brancheninfluencern ist für dich dabei selbstverständlich, um starke berufliche Beziehungen aufzubauen und das nachhaltige Unternehmenswachstum zu unterstützen. In der Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Sales Managern und Business Development Managern triffst Du dich u.a. mit Endnutzern und Kunden, um Anwendungsanforderungen zu verstehen und technische Empfehlungen zu geben.
Du nutzt dabei dein Knowhow, sammelst wertvolles Marktfeedback zu Kundenbedürfnissen, Branchentrends, Wettbewerbsaktivitäten und Produktmöglichkeiten und lässt diese in deinen Arbeitsalltag einfließen.
Weiterhin bietest Du deine Remote- und Vor-Ort-Unterstützung für Kundenprojekte, System- und Produktdemonstrationen und Special Event's, um die erfolgreiche Implementierung und den Betrieb technischer Lösungen sicherzustellen.
Diese Qualifikationen bringst Du mit:
Abgeschlossene technische/kaufmännische Berufsausbildung im Bereich AV-Technik mit mehrjährige Erfahrung im Vertrieb von erklärungsbedürftigen Lösungen
Umfassende Kenntnisse des Produktportfolios von Sennheiser & Neumann im Vergleich mit dem direkten Wettbewerb
Fähigkeit zur Identifizierung und Analyse von Kundenbedürfnissen zur Darstellung von Lösungen und Vorteilen
Excellente Teamfähigkeit und starke Motivation
Gute mündliche und schriftliche Ausdrucks- und Präsentationsfähigkeit in Deutsch und Englisch (B2)
Hohe Reisebereitschaft für die DACH Region (>70%)
Sehr hohe Befähigung zur eingenverantwortlichen Organisation der Arbeitsumgebung, einschl. Home Office
