Teamlead App Engineer - Discovery & Consideration in Hamburg, Deutschland

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a high-quality mobile application for iOS and Android using Flutter.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and establish coding standards for the team.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, Testers, Backend, Web, and other teams.
• Introduce technologies, tools, and processes that improve developer productivity and product quality.
• Debug performance and reliability issues across the stack.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of programming experience, including at least 1 year of app development.
• Expert-level knowledge of Dart and Flutter.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as fastlane and GitHub Actions.
• Experience with unit and golden tests.
• Strong understanding of performance optimization and profiling.
• Strong ownership, self-drive, leadership, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a similar technical degree is a plus, but not required.
• Mobile native experience, mobile automated testing, gRPC, Firebase, Sentry or DataDog, Figma, and open-source experience are nice to have.
