Big tasks

• Support in the analysis and preparation of quality, process and performance data
• Development and enhancement of dashboards, reports, and KPIs to support data-driven decisions
• Identification of trends, anomalies and potential for improvement in quality data
• Support in the digitization and automation of existing quality processes and workflows
• Development of small automation and analytics solutions , e.g. with Power BI, Power Automate, Python or similar technologies.
• Support in structuring, cleaning, and merging data from different data sources
• Collaboration on use cases in the areas of data analytics, data science and AI within quality management.
• Support in the development of digital solutions for quality monitoring, root cause analysis and continuous improvement
• Documentation of developed solutions and support for knowledge transfer within the team

Ideal conditions

• Currently enrolled in a degree program, e.g., Data Science, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a comparable field of study.
• Interest in data analytics, digitalization and process automation
• Basic knowledge in at least one of the following areas: Power BI, Python, SQL, Power Query or Power Automate
• Proficient use of Excel and an interest in replacing manual evaluations with more intelligent solutions.
• Analytical thinking skills and enjoyment in deriving connections and recommendations for action from data.
• Structured, independent and solution-oriented work style
• Interest in technical processes and quality management
• Good German and English skills
• Knowledge of machine learning, AI, Microsoft Power Platform or Databricks is advantageous, but not a requirement.
