About the Role

The mission of the Student Experience team is to design, develop, and deliver impactful initiatives that enrich every aspect of studentsâ academic journey. We foster meaningful connections, empower students to grow personally and professionally, and ensure they remain engaged with CODEâs community long after graduation.

We do this across five pillars of student support:
Student Support & Communication, Academic Success, Career Success & Personal Growth, Alumni Affairs & Lifelong Engagement, and Community & Wellbeing.

To organise the work, each Student Experience team member contributes to all Student Experience pillars while focusing on one phase of the student journey â Entry & Community, Learning & Growth, or Career & Connection.

These focus areas ensure that the team thoughtfully shapes, drives, and supports the full lifecycle of the student experience while maintaining a collaborative, generalist approach.
