Senior Clinical Research Associate position at ICON overseeing clinical trial monitoring and site management. Leads technical monitoring activities ensuring protocol adherence, regulatory compliance, and quality standards across multiple sites in a sponsor-dedicated model.
Responsibilities
Monitor clinical trial sites for protocol adherence, regulatory compliance, and GCP standard maintenance
Conduct site visits to evaluate performance, resolve issues, and provide operational support
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on timely and accurate data collection and reporting
Train and guide site staff and other CRAs on clinical trial conduct standards
Develop and maintain effective relationships with site personnel and stakeholders
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in scientific or healthcare-related discipline
Extensive clinical research associate experience with deep knowledge of trial processes and regulations
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple sites and projects concurrently
Proficiency in monitoring practices, data integrity, site management, and clinical trial software
Fluent in German and English
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management capabilities
