Du gestaltest den Aufbau unserer neuen digitalen Plattform aktiv mit und entwickelst eine moderne Systemlandschaft von Grund auf
Du entwickelst performante, skalierbare und wartbare Backend-Lösungen auf Basis von PHP und Laravel
Du übernimmst Verantwortung für den gesamten Entwicklungsprozess – von technischer Konzeption über Implementierung und Testing bis hin zu Deployment und Betrieb
Du arbeitest eng mit Product Ownern, UX, DevOps, QA und weiteren Stakeholdern zusammen, um hochwertige digitale Produkte zu entwickeln
Du bringst eigene Ideen zur Weiterentwicklung von Architektur, Entwicklungsstandards und Engineering-Prozessen ein
Du stellst durch automatisierte Tests, Code Reviews und Best Practices eine hohe Softwarequalität sicher
Du entwickelst und optimierst Schnittstellen, Services und Integrationen innerhalb unserer Plattformlandschaft
Du nutzt moderne KI-gestützte Entwicklungstools, um Produktivität, Qualität und Geschwindigkeit kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln
Du übernimmst Ownership für deine Lösungen, denkst über dein eigenes Aufgabenfeld hinaus und unterstützt Kolleg:innen pragmatisch und lösungsorientiert
DAS BRINGST DU MIT
Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung, idealerweise im Umfeld digitaler Plattformen oder technologiegetriebener Wachstumsunternehmen
Sehr gute Kenntnisse in modernen PHP-Frameworks, API-Design und Softwarearchitektur
Erfahrung in der Entwicklung skalierbarer Webanwendungen und Cloud-naher Systeme
Verständnis von Clean Code, Testing, Performance-Optimierung und Wartbarkeit
Erfahrung mit Docker sowie idealerweise Kubernetes
Kenntnisse moderner DevOps-Praktiken wie CI/CD, Infrastructure Automation und Monitoring
Begeisterung für den Aufbau neuer digitaler Produkte und Geschäftsmodelle
Hohe Eigenverantwortung, Hands-on-Mentalität und unternehmerisches Denken
