Wir die beiden Gründer, Jan und Ben , haben unsere Leidenschaft für die Immobilie schon früh entdeckt und gemeinsam angefangen, selbst Bestand umzubauen und zu erweitern. Dabei sind uns Ineffizienzen aufgefallen, die wir nun gezielt adressieren: Auf der Baustelle gehen viel Zeit, Geld und Nerven verloren, weil Prozesse, Software und Gewerke nicht optimal zusammenspielen. Die Lösung dafür bauen wir jetzt, als vertikal integrierten Operator, der Assets mit Software und Infrastruktur verbindet.

Mit Lestate Real erwerben und transformieren wir Bestandsimmobilien. Mit Realaize bauen wir das Betriebssystem, um gezielt und repetitiv Transformationspotenzial zu finden, zu analysieren und zu bewerten . Mit Werkr bauen wir eine Franchise-basierte Infrastruktur auf, um unsere und externe Projekte effizient umzusetzen.

Wir stehen ganz am Anfang. Deshalb suchen wir Talente, die mitgestalten statt verwalten wollen und Lust haben, etwas wirklich Bedeutsames von Grund auf mitzubauen.

Aufgaben

Du baust maßgeblich an Realaize mit, unserem internen Betriebssystem für den Investmentprozess . Realaize verwandelt unstrukturierte Gebäudedaten wie Exposés, Grundrisse, Energieausweise und Mietaufstellungen in ein strukturiertes Assetmodell, deckt Wertsteigerungshebel auf und rechnet Szenarien bis zum investitionsreifen Case durch.

Wir haben aus eigener Erfahrung als Bestandsentwickler eine klare Vorstellung davon, was das System können muss. Was uns fehlt, ist die Zeit, es selbst zu bauen. Du entwickelst gemeinsam mit uns, was wir vordenken.

Eigenständige Umsetzung klar definierter Module und Funktionen in Realaize
Enge Abstimmung mit externen Entwicklern und Freelancern, die parallel an Teilen des Systems arbeiten
AI-native Entwicklung: Claude und Claude Code sind fester Bestandteil deines Arbeitsalltags

Qualifikation

Immatrikluliert im Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Software Engineering oder eines vergleichbaren Fachs
Erste Praxiserfahrung: ein eigenes Projekt, eine App oder relevante Praktika bzw. Werkstudententätigkeiten
Du findest dich schnell in bestehenden Systemen zurecht und lieferst eigenständig
Klare Kommunikation: Du bist die Schnittstelle zwischen externen Entwicklern, uns und später echten Nutzern
Offenheit für KI-gestützte Entwicklung
Output-orientierte Arbeitsweise und Verlässlichkeit, auch unter Zeitdruck
Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch, gutes Englisch

Ein Plus, aber kein Muss:

Erfahrung mit Supabase oder PostgreSQL
Arbeit mit LLM-APIs, Prompt Engineering oder strukturierten Outputs
PDF-Parsing, OCR oder Datenextraktion aus unstrukturierten Dokumenten
Datenvisualisierung, z. B. mit Recharts
Interesse an Immobilien, Finanzkennzahlen oder Investmentprozessen
