Stellenbeschreibung
Analyze flight test data and perform parameter estimation and model validation and Develop and refine aerodynamic models for fixed-wing aircraft, with focus on stall, post-stall, and aerobatic flight regimes
Execute simulations and perform verification and validation of flight dynamics models
Contribute to the design, implementation, and tuning of autopilot and control systems using MATLAB & Simulink and Develop models for aircraft systems such as propulsion, control surfaces, and sensors
Integrate and test flight models within flight simulation environments and Improve model accuracy based on comparison with real flight data and simulation results
Collaborate closely with software engineers and the wider simulation team
Anforderungsprofil
Completed studies in the field of Engineering
Work experience in the field of flight dynamics and aerodynamic modeling, developing mathematical models of fixed-wing aircraft aerodynamics under extreme conditions such as stall, post-stall, and aerobatic flight and flight test data analysis and parameter estimation and autopilot or control system design using MATLAB & Simulink
Very good programming skills in MATLAB/Simulink
Fluent in English
