Distributed systems : You work with distributed software, event-driven architectures, and event streaming.
Incremental delivery : You break complex initiatives into smaller workstreams and deliver value step by step.
Root-cause problem solving : You investigate recurring issues and create lasting solutions instead of relying on short-term fixes.
Team enablement : You share knowledge, mentor less experienced engineers, and promote collaboration, transparency, and shared responsibility.

Your profile

Professional experience : You have several years of experience in DevOps, platform engineering, SRE, or a related field.
AWS expertise : You have strong hands-on experience with AWS and cloud-native infrastructure.
Go experience : You have professional experience with Go (Golang), ideally for automation, platform tooling, or backend services.

Technical leadership : You can make sound architectural decisions and explain technical trade-offs clearly
Delivery mindset : You have experience leading technical initiatives and delivering complex work incrementally.
Collaboration and mentoring : You enjoy working with others, sharing knowledge, and supporting the growth of your colleagues.
