- Respond to technical support inquiries from third-party developers, ensuring timely and high-quality assistance
- Investigate complex technical issues and provide effective solutions, including deep analysis of performance and system behavior
- Support developers with GPU and CPU optimization on Nintendo platforms, including profiling, performance analysis, and best-practice guidance
- Develop sample code, tools, and technical documentation (e.g., whitepapers, guidelines) to enable and educate developers
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., SDK, hardware, and tools teams) to resolve issues and improve developer experience
- Represent Nintendo of Europe at industry events, participate in technical discussions with external partners, and respond to developer inquiries
