To strengthen our European headquarter in Frankfurt am Main, we are currently looking for a Sales Business Analyst (m/f/d) About us MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is the European branch of Hyundai MOBIS, a worldwide leading supplier of genuine parts and accessories in the field of automotive. Together with Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors, Hyundai MOBIS is one of the biggest companies within the Hyundai group. In addition to research and development of high-tech products for passenger cars, MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is responsible for the whole aftersales business of genuine parts and accessories for Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors in Europe. Your profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Several years of professional experience in sales analytics, business analysis, sales management, or a comparable commercial role within the automotive industry.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful business recommendations.
• Experience with sales forecasting, KPI management, reporting, and performance analysis.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in an international environment.
• Ability to work effectively across functions and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic business setting.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis tools; experience with BI and reporting systems is an advantage.
• Fluent in English; additional European language skills are considered a plus.

• Develop and support the implementation of Pan-European B2B sales channel strategies and commercial programs.
• Analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and market trends to identify growth opportunities and optimization measures.
• Manage and monitor sales KPIs, prepare business reviews, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Lead sales analysis meetings, business planning activities, and cross-functional projects across Europe.
• Drive business process improvements and support the standardization and harmonization of sales management processes.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Logistics, Inventory, IT, and Headquarters to ensure data quality, reporting excellence, and system alignment.
• Develop reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards to support strategic decision-making.
• Represent the Sales Management function in international meetings, workshops, and business initiatives.
