Catalent seeks a Proposal Lead to manage the proposal development process for clinical supply projects at its Schorndorf facility. The role involves scope definition, pricing calculations, cost-effectiveness analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver compliant, technically feasible customer proposals.

Responsibilities

• Lead proposal development process including project scope definition with cross-functional teams
• Develop pricing models, margin analyses, and value-based cost solutions for customer projects
• Determine optimal and cost-effective manufacturing or packaging methods in collaboration with operations
• Participate in customer meetings to support proposal and business development activities
• Create and maintain customer proposal templates and customized price lists

Requirements

• Degree in natural sciences or related field
• Minimum 3 years professional experience in proposal or related functions
• Knowledge of cGMP and FDA/MHRA regulated environments
• Financial and analytical competency with strong MS Office skills
• Customer-facing experience and presentation skills
• Structured, results-oriented work approach with prioritization ability
• Project management experience preferred; pharma or food industry background beneficial
