Primavera P6 Financial Period Processing: Oversee bi-weekly and monthly P6 schedule updates by contractors, ensuring proper execution of payment application processing.
EVM Reporting & Variance Analysis: Track core EVM metrics (BCWS, BCWP, ACWP, SPI, CPI, ETC, EAC, VAC) and administer monthly Contract Performance Reports (CPRs) and Variance Analysis Reports by the contractors with ensuring the establishment and expediting of actionable corrective proposal whenever performance indices breach control thresholds.
Supply Chain Onboarding & Training: Lead training, re-training and coaching sessions for contractor planners and commercial teams on project governance, processes, specifications, standards and expectations. Ensure compliance with project controls governance, reporting standards and best practices.
