Join us on our journey: to build Europe’s largest residential virtual power plant, we are looking for a hands-on, highly driven and customer-obsessed Partnership Manager (d/f/m) to grow and support our network of battery OEM and installer partners across Germany. In this role, you’ll be on the road with our partners, join their sales teams at customer appointments, train them on Flexa’s VPP offering, and take full ownership of how each of your partnerships performs.

• Location: Germany-wide (field-based), with our Munich office as home base
• Employment Type: Full-Time, indefinite term
• Salary Range: €70.000 - 90.000 per year gross +20% performance bonus
• Working Mode: Field-first setup – on the road with partners across Germany for most of the week, office days in Munich
• Language Requirement: German (native level), English (C1 or higher)

Your Responsibilities

You will be the face of Flexa for our partners in Germany, turning signed partnerships into thriving, high-performing ones.

• Field support: Travel across Germany with our partners’ sales and account management teams, join road shows, customer appointments and help close deals by explaining the value of Flexa’s VPP solutions.
• Partner enablement & training: Onboard new partners, run trainings for sales staff and installers (on-site and online), and build sales materials, playbooks and FAQs that make selling Flexa easy.
• Partnership performance ownership: Own the KPIs of your partner portfolio – such as customer sign-ups, activation rates, churn and partner satisfaction – run regular business reviews and drive action plans wherever performance lags.
• First point of contact: Be the go-to person for partner questions and escalations, and solve issues quickly together with our operations, tech, product and customer service teams.
• Voice of the partner: Bring insights from the field back to Flexa to improve our product, pricing and marketing, and identify upsell and expansion opportunities within your partner base.

Your Profile

Mandatory Requirements

• Ownership mindset: Hands-on go-getter with a high degree of ownership who treats partner success as their own, combined with strong relationship-building skills.
• Adaptive communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills across diverse audiences – from installers and sales reps to homeowners and partner executives – with a talent for explaining complex topics simply.
• Technical understanding: Solid understanding of PV, home batteries and energy management systems (or the eagerness to get there fast), and comfort working with CRM tools and KPI dashboards.
• Education: Degree in engineering, business administration, economics or a comparable field – or equivalent professional experience.
• Relevant experience: 3+ years in account management, partner/channel management, customer success or B2B field sales, ideally in solar, storage, heat pumps or the wider energy industry.
• Trainer at heart: Experience designing and delivering trainings or workshops for sales or technical teams.
• Mobility: Valid driving licence (class B) and willingness to travel extensively across Germany, including occasional overnight stays.
• Language skills: German native level (mandatory) + fluent English (C1 or higher)

• are uncomfortable engaging daily with installers, sales reps and end-customers – and being their go-to person when things go wrong.
• don’t feel comfortable to be measured by the performance of your partner portfolio.
