Du verantwortest den Bereich Learning & Talent Development für Central Europe und arbeitest eng mit den regionalen HR-Teams, den Hotels und den Führungskräften zusammen – mit dem Ziel, unsere Mitarbeitenden und Talente kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln und unsere interne Talent Pipeline nachhaltig zu stärken.
Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören :
Du setzt die Meliá Learning & Talent Development Strategie auf regionaler Ebene um, entwickelst sie gemeinsam mit den HR-Teams weiter und berätst sie zu allen Themen rund um Learning, Talent- und Leadership Development.
Du analysierst den Trainingsbedarf der Hotels, planst die jährlichen Maßnahmen inklusive Budgetkontrolle und koordinierst Meliá Trainingsprogramme – von Pre-Openings über Re-Branding bis zur Service Culture, gemeinsam mit unseren internen Trainern.
Du treibst die Weiterentwicklung unserer Onboarding-Prozesse voran und unterstützt Führungskräfte dabei, neue Mitarbeitende erfolgreich zu integrieren.
Gemeinsam mit den Hotels identifizierst du Talente, begleitest Talent Reviews und Entwicklungsprogramme wie Personal Talent Plan (PTP) und Journey to Potential (JTP) sowie regionale Leadership Development Programme inklusive HOD-Vorbereitung.
Du förderst die Nutzung unserer eMeliá Lernplattform und stellst sicher, dass Pflichttrainings sowie Entwicklungsmaßnahmen erfolgreich umgesetzt werden.
Du analysierst regelmäßig relevante KPIs und leitest gemeinsam mit den HR-Teams konkrete Maßnahmen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung ab.
Du bringst aktuelle Trends und neue Ideen in die Region ein und bist regelmäßig in unseren Hotels vor Ort, im engen Austausch mit den lokalen Teams.
Dein Profil:
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Learning & Development, Talent Development oder Talent Management – idealerweise in der internationalen Hotellerie.
Leidenschaft für die Konzeption und Durchführung von Trainings- und Entwicklungsprogrammen sowie Erfahrung im Coaching von Führungskräften.
Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeit sowie eine strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise.
Analytisches Verständnis sowie Freude daran, KPIs auszuwerten und daraus Maßnahmen abzuleiten.
Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse; Spanisch ist von Vorteil.
Hohe Reisebereitschaft innerhalb der Region sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Teams.
