We're a motivated, international product and tech team that owns the full ABOUT YOU Outlet experience from concept to launch. Engineers, quality assurance specialists, product managers, and UI/UX designers work closely together – combining technical excellence with a strong focus on the user. Job Description

• Monitor key shop KPIs, including funnel conversion, cancellation rates and payment shares, identify anomalies and drive corrective actions with relevant teams
• Test our 20+ shop frontends and support releases and rollouts through thorough implementation checks, testing and sign-off
• Manage transactional emails, legal pages, delivery notes and app store reviews, and act as the main interface to Customer Service
• Coordinate stakeholders and processes related to our external partner assortment
• Identify operational inefficiencies, improve processes to make them more reliable and scalable, and leverage AI to automate repetitive tasks
• Support successful project delivery through proactive coordination and close collaboration with relevant stakeholders

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics or equivalent vocational training
• Experience with CMS platforms, e.g., Storyblok
• Familiarity with ticketing tools such as Jira
• Confidence in working with spreadsheets and data
• Very good command of English
• Strong sense of ownership and a hands-on mindset
• Structured, detail-oriented and analytical approach to work
