The role bridges finance, procurement, and operations while contributing to process optimization and digitalization initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings and variance analysis
• Participate in forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning activities
• Create management reports, analyses, and key performance indicators
• Manage capital expenditure budgets and support investment projects
• Analyze procurement and inventory metrics to identify optimization opportunities

Requirements

• Degree in business administration, economics, or related field with finance, controlling, or accounting focus
• Advanced Excel proficiency and strong analytical skills with numerical data
• Practical experience through internships, student work, or thesis projects preferred but not required
• Interest in supply chain, warehouse, and business process operations
• High IT affinity and ability to quickly grasp complex systems and digital processes
• Fluent German and English language skills, written and spoken
• Self-directed, structured, and solution-oriented working approach
