Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a customer-focused and technically skilled IT Service Delivery Specialist to ensure the smooth delivery of IT services across our global organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, understands IT service management principles, and is passionate about delivering high-quality support and solutions to internal stakeholders.
You will play a key role in maintaining service reliability, managing incidents and requests, and driving continuous improvement in IT operations.
What will you be doing?
As IT Service Delivery Specialist, you will:
- Manage IT service operations : Oversee day-to-day delivery of IT services, ensuring adherence to SLAs and service quality standards.
- Handle incidents and requests : Act as a point of contact for escalated issues, coordinating resolution and communicating updates to stakeholders.
- Monitor performance : Track service metrics, analyze trends, and prepare reports to identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with global teams : Work closely with infrastructure, applications, and security teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Support IT projects : Assist in the rollout of new systems, upgrades, and process improvements.
- Maintain documentation : Ensure accurate records of incidents, changes, and configurations in ITSM tools.
- Drive continuous improvement : Identify gaps in service delivery and propose solutions to enhance efficiency and user experience.
- Ensure compliance : Adhere to IT governance, security policies, and regulatory requirements.

- Incident & Problem Management : Ability to manage escalations and coordinate resolution across teams.
- Performance Monitoring : Experience tracking KPIs and preparing service reports.
- Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly.
- Compliance Awareness : Understanding of IT governance, cybersecurity, and data protection regulations.
- Project Support : Ability to assist with IT implementations and upgrades.
- Education & Experience : Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field; prior experience in IT service delivery or support roles in a global organization preferred.
