Als Project Engineer verantwortest du die technische Umsetzung von Kundenprojekten in den Bereichen IT Infrastruktur, Cloud und Security. Du arbeitest eng mit Projektleitung, Consulting und Kunden zusammen, von der Planung bis zum stabilen Betrieb.

Tätigkeiten

Technische Umsetzung von Kundenprojekten

  • Technische Planung, Installation, Konfiguration und Integration von IT-Systemen (Server, Netzwerke, Cloud-Umgebungen, Security-Lösungen)
  • Durchführung von Migrationen, Rollouts und Upgrades im Kundenumfeld
  • Unterstützung bei der Architekturplanung und beim Design von IT-Lösungen

Projektunterstützung

  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Projektleitern zur Umsetzung der Projektziele
  • Dokumentation von Projektfortschritten und Übergabe an Betrieb/Support
  • Erstellung von Betriebshandbüchern, Installationsanleitungen und Kunden-Dokumentationen

Kundenkontakt & Support

  • Technischer Ansprechpartner für Kunden während der Projektlaufzeit
  • Beratung der Kunden bei technischen Fragestellungen und Best Practices

Qualität & Weiterentwicklung

  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Sicherheits- und Qualitätsstandards
  • Kontinuierliche Weiterbildung in neuen Technologien und Produkten
  • Unterstützung bei internen Verbesserungsprojekten und Standardisierung von Prozessen

Anforderungen

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich IT (z. B. Fachinformatiker, Informatik) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung in der Umsetzung von IT-Projekten bei Kunden
  • Kenntnisse in mindestens einem der Bereiche: Microsoft-Infrastruktur (Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, M365, Azure); Netzwerk & Security (Firewall, VPN, Routing/Switching); Virtualisierung & Storage (VMware, Hyper-V, SAN/NAS)
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Teamfähigkeit und ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
