As a Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of the IT infrastructure that supports our internal applications and DevOps toolchain. You will work across a diverse application landscape and contribute to the success of our software development and business operations.
In this role, you will:
Manage and support business-critical applications and IT infrastructure.
Design, develop, and continuously improve application infrastructure solutions.
Perform system patching, upgrades, and stability improvements.
Monitor application performance and proactively optimize system health and availability.
Analyze and troubleshoot application, server, and database performance issues.
Lead incident investigation and resolution activities to minimize downtime.
Provide 2nd and 3rd level technical support.
Configure, administer, and enhance internal tools and platforms.
Collaborate with developers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver reliable solutions.
Create and maintain clear technical documentation.
Contribute to the ongoing evolution of our DevOps and infrastructure capabilities.
What you need to succeed
Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Experience in infrastructure engineering, automation, or industrial IT environments.
Strong knowledge of networking, servers, virtualization, and operating systems.
Experience with troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a project-based environment.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
