What you will work on
Support our organic marketing and growth strategy
Conduct SEO research, keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis
Assist with on-page SEO and website content optimization
Explore and implement AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) strategies
Work on GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) to improve visibility across AI-powered search and answer engines
Research topics, trends, audiences, and relevant industry conversations
Support content planning, creation, optimization, and distribution
Monitor website and organic performance and help identify opportunities for improvement
Assist with marketing experiments and growth initiatives from idea to execution
Support other Founder's Office and marketing operations as needed
Bring your own ideas and take ownership of initiatives where you see an opportunity
What we are looking for
Currently studying or recently graduated in Marketing, Business, Communications, Media, or a related field
Strong interest in digital marketing, SEO, AI, content, and organic growth
Familiarity with SEO concepts and tools is a plus
Interest in AEO, GEO, AI search, and emerging digital marketing practices
Strong research and analytical skills
Good written and verbal communication
Proactive, curious, and comfortable working independently
Willingness to experiment, learn quickly, and take ownership
German C1+ and English B1+
