Field Service Engineer / full-time (m/f) in Dortmund, Deutschland

We are currently looking to fill a full-time Field Service Engineer EBPG (m/f/d) position located in Southern Germany . The role involves the support of our national and international customers. Close cooperation with Service colleagues (other FSE’s and technical support) and cross functional teams including Production and Engineering.

Preparing upcoming service tasks, translating service requirements into materials and tools needed, and supporting the team when not travelling.

Completing administrative tasks such as service reporting, documentation of used parts, time registration and escalation of unresolved issues.

Identifying improvement opportunities within daily work processes and contributing to continuous improvement of service delivery.

Bachelor or Master degree in electrical engineering or a comparable field of study and experience in a similar role, preferably in a high technical environment.

Fluent in English, German desirable.

Willing to travel regionally and internationally to support customers as required.
