Tasks
As a Data Scientist (m/f/d), you will develop data-driven solutions for a wide range of business challenges and support our clients in deriving informed decisions from complex data. You will combine statistical modeling, machine learning, and modern AI approaches to develop innovative solutions from data analysis to production implementation.
- Development and implementation of data science solutions for various business issues, e.g., sales prediction, media mix optimization, impact analyses, geo-analyses, or NLP-based applications for sentiment analysis.
- Analysis and processing of complex data sets from structured, unstructured and geographic data sources to identify relevant customer and business insights.
- Development, optimization and implementation of statistical models , machine learning methods and AI-based solutions for various use cases
- Creation of reports, dashboards and data-based decision-making tools, as well as the clear presentation of key findings for technical and professional stakeholders.
- Presentation of results and recommendations for action to internal teams and customers
- Development and maintenance of robust, production-oriented data analytics solutions and Python-based applications for sustainable use in customer projects.
- Evaluation and application of modern technologies in the field of AI , Machine Learning and Large Language Models (LLMs) for the further development of data-driven solutions

Qualifications
- You have successfully completed a degree in computer science, statistics, or a similar field.
- At least three years of practical experience in the development and implementation of data science and machine learning solutions, as well as experience in handling complex data-driven issues in a business context.
- Excellent knowledge of Python and experience in developing robust, maintainable analytics and machine learning solutions.
- Solid knowledge of statistical modeling, machine learning, big data analytics and ideally geoanalytics.
- Experience in handling structured, unstructured and geographic data , as well as in deriving business insights from complex data sources
- Ideally, experience with Large Language Models ( LLMs ), NLP, Apache Spark and cloud technologies such as AWS (e.g., SageMaker, S3, Glue, CloudFormation)
- Excellent German and English skills , as well as a willingness to travel occasionally for client projects.
