As a CRM Data Analyst, you work in the field of Business Intelligence at the interface between business, data engineering, and product development.
You ensure that CRM-relevant data, target group logics, and campaign use cases are professionally defined, technically feasible, and analytically usable.
You translate requirements from the private customer sector into clear, prioritized, and actionable data requirements for CRM, sales, and campaign use cases.
You will develop technical rules, segmentation logics, derivation criteria, and data quality requirements for target groups, customer data, and CRM processes.
You will analyze internal and external data sources, assess their suitability, and specify requirements for integration into our Cloud Data Platform.
You will act as a sparring partner for our product owners and specialist departments, moderate workshops to clarify the project requirements, and support the implementation from the initial requirement to the tested data artifact.
You investigate incidents and anomalies in the CRM database and drive the technical clarification forward together with our data engineers and other second-line experts.
Your profile
You have a degree in (business) informatics, economics or a comparable quantitative field of study and already bring relevant professional experience as a data or business analyst.
You have sound experience in requirements management and can systematically record, analyze, prioritize, and translate complex technical questions into reliable data requirements.
You have very good knowledge of SQL, Python, Git and a common BI tool (e.g. AWS Quick Sight, Power BI).
You are familiar with modern data platforms and data modeling, and you are proficient in using Jira and Confluence.
You communicate confidently with technical and professional stakeholders and have very good German skills at least at C1 level as well as good English skills.
