To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated Controller / Data Analyst (m/f/d) who will contribute with an analytical eye to making company key figures transparent, identifying potentials and further developing processes in a targeted manner.
Your tasks
You analyze production, cost and company key figures and derive concrete recommendations for action from them.
You will create weekly, monthly and annual analyses as well as meaningful reports for business management.
You will provide support with forecasts, budget planning, and annual planning.
You assess inventory and participate in stocktaking and month-end closing.
You continuously develop dashboards, key performance indicators (KPIs) and reports for business management.
You work closely with production, purchasing and other departments, and actively contribute your ideas for process optimization.
You create more transparency through the continuous development of our BI tools and reporting structures.
Your profile
You have a completed degree in business informatics, business administration, data analytics, controlling or a comparable qualification, e.g. a commercial apprenticeship with further training in controlling.
Ideally, you have professional experience in controlling or data analysis within a manufacturing company.
You have excellent Excel skills and experience in using ERP systems.
Knowledge of Qlik Sense, SQL or similar business intelligence tools is desirable.
You work analytically, proactively, and in a structured manner.
You enjoy presenting complex data in an understandable way and deriving concrete measures from it.
