Intuitive Surgical seeks a Commercial Learning Trainer in Freiburg to develop and deliver technical and clinical training programs for commercial employees on da Vinci surgical systems. The role involves designing curricula, obtaining expert certifications, and assessing participant competency across multiple specialties.

Responsibilities

• Develop subject matter expertise in da Vinci surgical systems, instruments, and advanced technologies
• Deliver technical and clinical training content to commercial staff on surgical procedures and value propositions
• Obtain and maintain expert-level certifications across da Vinci platforms and key surgical specialties
• Manage new hire training programs and administer competency assessments and post-training evaluations
• Collaborate with Field Sales, Clinical Education, and Marketing to design and execute training initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Leadership experience of at least one year preferred
• Strong presentation, oral, and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Fluency in English and German
• Ability to travel up to 20% and work effectively under tight deadlines
• Organizational skills and proven teamwork capability
