Deine Rolle bei uns
Bei Assecor entwickelst du innovative AI- und Automatisierungslösungen in einer jungen, dynamischen AI-Unit, die als interner Innovationstreiber wirkt. Du arbeitest an GenAI-Anwendungen, PoCs und MVPs und bringst Ideen schnell in funktionierende Produkte. Unser Anspruch: die wirtschaftlich sinnvollste Lösung für unsere Kund:innen. Je nach Use Case können deshalb neben klassischer Softwareentwicklung auch RPA-Komponenten zum Einsatz kommen.

Aufgaben
Du analysierst Anforderungen und entwickelst technische Konzepte und Lösungen
Du integrierst und orchestrierst GenAI-Modelle und externe AI-Services
Du entwickelst Backend-Logiken in Python und verbindest APIs, Datenquellen und Webhooks
Du erweiterst bestehende Lösungen und setzt Automatisierungen mit Tools wie Power Automate oder n8n um
Du kommunizierst projektbezogen mit internen und externen Stakeholdern, übersetzt fachliche Prozesse in technische Lösungen und präsentierst die Ergebnisse
Qualifikation
Du hast erste praktische Erfahrung mit der Entwicklung von AI-/GenAI-Anwendungen
Du beherrschst Python sehr gut und arbeitest sicher mit AI-APIs und Modellen wie OpenAI, Claude oder Gemini
Du hast ein gutes Verständnis für moderne Softwarearchitekturen und Datenflüsse
Du hast Erfahrung mit REST-APIs , Webhooks und externen Services
Du arbeitest selbstständig , strukturiert und lösungsorientiert
Deine Arbeitsweise ist geprägt von Kooperation und Qualitätsbewusstsein
Du sprichst Deutsch mindestens auf C1-Niveau
Womit du zusätzlich punktest:
Erfahrung mit FastAPI, Flask oder Django
Kenntnisse in Orchestrierungsframeworks wie LangChain, LlamaIndex oder Haystack
Grundlagen in RPA oder Automatisierungsplattformen
Kenntnisse in Azure, GCP, Docker und CI/CD
Erfahrung im Aufbau von RAG-Anwendungen
