Participants complete 12-month assignments across German facilities and one international location, developing operational expertise while receiving mentorship and customized training.

Responsibilities

• Complete three distinct 12-month operational assignments across different business divisions or functions
• Assume full responsibility as functional operations professional within assigned departments
• Work collaboratively with department managers on day-to-day operational tasks
• Develop broad skills across established learning tracks including production, engineering, and quality
• Contribute to operational improvements and address business challenges with analytical approaches

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Science, or Supply Chain
• Minimum 2.1 grade in undergraduate studies with strong co-curricular involvement
• Fluent German and English language proficiency for business communication
• Unrestricted work authorization in Germany
• Willingness to relocate internationally for final year assignment
• Interest in Operations, Production, Engineering, or Quality Assurance careers
• Previous internship or co-op experience preferred
